Enable (or disable) "secure credit-card transactions"
Other credit relationships possible: Telcos, direct check
Apply charges directly to consumer accounts
Consumer relationship -- including pricing, billing -- "owned" by publisher
Sell demographic information without permission
Clickshare doesn't "own" it; publisher does
