Any East India cocktail is a classic brandy-based drink that tastes exotic yet familiar. Combining fresh pineapple juice together with Orange Curacao, brandy and Angostura bitters, the East India cocktail retains its alcoholic kicks while nonetheless having depth also flavor. By means of this beverage poured in any highball goblet filled with crushed ice, you can fight off the worst heat India has ever had to give. Or simply obtain a few cocktails with your friends at home.

Instructions

things you'll need:

Cocktail shaker Crushed ice 1 oz. fresh pineapple juice 1 oz. Orange Curacao 3 oz. brandy Dash Angostura bitters Chilled cocktail glass Pineapple wedge for garnish Orange wedge for garnish

1 Fill any cocktail shaker halfway in crushed ice.

2 Add the Orange Curacao, brandy and Angostura bitters to the cocktail shaker. Insure also shake vigorously for 10 to 20 seconds.

3 Strain the contents about the cocktail shaker into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish the glass along with any fresh pineapple wedge and fresh orange wedge. Serve right away while the drink remains ice cold.

Tips & Warnings

For a tropical flavor, add ½ oz. Rose's Sweetened Lime Juice to the shaker before shaking. With any fruity variation, add 1 oz. of freshly squeezed orange juice to the shaker. Prevent using processed orange juice or orange juice from concentrate. The flavor will leave something to be desired.
