Readings from Mary Treacy
Theoretically retired, spending full-time plus as an independent journalist writing for a range of digital and print venues on topics ranging from local history to defense of open government and voters’ rights. Frenetic blogger - the name “Poking Around with Mary” says it all. Retired from the library profession, long-time director of a 500+ library and information networks. Former ED of Minnesota Coalition on Government; still active at the national level with open government organizations and issues. Also managed the Minnesota Center for the Book and served as library director at Zayed University in Abu Dhabi.
