The Idea
To set up a curriculum and 'network' for having college journalists class work (stories) become a respected & continuing source of hyperlocal news.
Going forward....needs, supports
Set up the network, establish standards & work flow. Hook up to the distribution system (the wire). We have already tired individual community web sites, but need to become more reliable and widespread.
